PAYMENT OPTIONS
Our Online Store accepts payment from your Visa or Mastercard though Stripe's Secure Payment Gateway. We also accept payment through Afterpay and Zippay. A minimum $50 spend does apply to use Afterpay and Zippay.

Schools and P&C Associations are able to pay for orders via Purchase Order. Unfortunately this is not possible online and can be done in-store or over the phone only.
If you would like to pay via bank transfer, please give us a call on 07 4728 5500.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Party Time does not offer a refund for change of mind, making a wrong selection, order cancellations or if your order arrives late. However, we do offer an exchange or store credit within 14 days of the delivery date. A re-stocking fee may be charged on returned items or cancelled orders. No refunds/credits will be given on postage costs. We abide by all your statutory rights as set out by Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us before returning your items.
For hygienic reasons, no returns can be accepted on the following items, outside of your statutory rights:
  • Wigs
  • Masks
  • Contact Lenses
No returns will be accepted on seasonal products (eg. Christmas, Easter, etc) after the end of that particular season, nor will part packages be accepted for return.

Party Time will not accept responsibility for, nor refund the cost of goods that do not arrive in the condition that they were sold, or if they do not arrive on time.
No refund will be given on delivery costs or costs incurred by the customer in return of the goods.
